Return & exchange policy

01Time frame

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, with the invoice.

For your safety, dispensed medicines and opened products cannot be returned unless defective or sent in error.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it at no extra cost.

Refunds go to the original payment method or as store credit, as you prefer, after inspection.
